The Venomous Pinks debut vinyl offering is a white or pink colored 7″ EP on Las Vegas’ Squidhat Records. Its five blistering Mesa AZ DIY punk anthems that sound as good as the whole package looks. AZPX Records had secret meetings with the Pinks at their favorite pizza joint trying to sign them but they were way to far advanced all on their own to where my head was spinning. All the resources I had to offer they already had wired. Good thing Squidhat Records came along and did the release proper ’cause these rippers too pro for the local ranks.
I ordered up the vinyl off the website (I got the pink) and was pretty stoked on the on the whole package. About a week later another Venomous Pinks package surprisingly showed up in an envelope and not a box. Totally unexpected!
I don’t need two copies so I am taking this opportunity to throw down AZPX’s first ever Instagram contest.
